詠唱可分為兩種  變動詠唱 及 固定詠唱
詠唱時間 = 變動詠唱時間 + 固定詠唱時間
大多數技能都有固定詠唱 所以要無詠必須要處理好固詠的問題

變動詠唱 ：
變動詠唱是可以根據素質來縮短
在R版前Dex 到150即可達到無變動詠唱
但是在R版後 將公式改為
Dex*2 + Int = 530   或是 Dex + Int/2 = 265

固定詠唱 ：
固定詠唱無法根據素質來減少
必須依靠卡片 或是 裝備效果
另外百分比只取最大值 沒有王卡聖典-50% 幾乎是最高
如放聖典-50% 插時裝精隨-20% 只會取聖典的-50%

另外無論是變詠還是固詠 減少秒數都優先於百分比

舉例來說從這邊得知暴風雪固詠為2.4秒 變詠為9.6秒
素質D及I 為0的空裝狀態下 需要2.4+9.6 = 12秒
當D+I/2 達到265的狀態下 (即可完全消除變動詠唱時間)
穿上靈巧時光靴(-0.5秒)及主教技能聖典(-50%) 計算為下
詠唱時間 = 變動詠唱 + 固定詠唱
變詠：0
固詠：2.4 - 0.5  = 1.9 ， 1.9 - (1.9*0.5) = 0.95
整體詠唱時間 = 0 + 0.95 = 0.95秒

個人覺得似乎是~   2.4 x 0.5 (減少50%) =1.2    1.2 - 0.5 (減0.5秒) = 0.7
減少秒數我覺得是擺在最後的加成~但這個似乎得去查網路資料
剛去google~沒查到什麼

最後~建議~要玩法職的~請務必解戰死頭~附魔魔精10~減少一秒
魔法師~在任何私服都是弱勢的~若魔法師在某私服算強力
那麼~該私服的其他職業~肯定比魔法師更輕鬆更強力~
因為RO的法術攻擊計算方式與裝備~卡片加成等等
總體跟物理職業相比~就是先天不良~在先天不良的情況~後天往往比人付出多
但得到的~卻往往比人少

魔法師~在其他私服也是無解的~除非~有自創卡片~以及更改魔法傷害計算公式
再這兩樣強力的輔助之下~才有出頭天的可能
